Fences (update 1)

I just received a reply to my mail about fences. There appears to be a lot of bureaucracy involved because several stakeholders are involved. The 'recreatieschap' does indeed operate the road, but the landowner also has quite a lot of influence. So the municipality of Rhenen has been asked for permission as well as the board of the Recreatieschap. They also told me that the fences are meant against cars.

Because it is summer now it takes considerable time to get the permissions so it will take some time before I receive a definitive answer. But I am glad that they at least do something with my mail.
